Fees

MGPM offer a competitive fee rate that can be tailored to an individual project, roll out or Client. We usually charge professional fees on the following basis.

• Agreed fixed fee per project (this can be a sliding scale depending on the number of projects undertaken)

• Percentage fee based on project value

• Agreed price per square metre of fit-out area
