MGPM were commissioned by Fleet Factors to take on the detailed design and fit out of their extension to existing their distribution warehouse in Huyton, Liverpool.

 

The project was split between shell and core, and fitout.  Working with Mulberry Construction, the initial works took 26 weeks, with a contract value of £1m and created 25,000ft² of warehousing complete with external yard and boundary works.

 

The fit-out was then awarded to Prodrive Shopfitting who completed the internal works, including installation with fully serviced offices on both levels. These works took 13 weeks and cost £600,000.

 

MGPM carried out design drawings and detailing, role of Principal Designer, full project management and Contract Administration.
