Fashion company Bestseller put their trust in MGPM to project manage the construction of their JACK & JONES and JJXX store on iconic Oxford Street. Bringing the two brands together under one roof for the first time, and comprising 1300m2 over 3 floors, the works were split over strip-out, enabling works and fit-out phases over a total period of 7 months, and at a cost of circa £2.4m.

 

Undertaking Project Management, Principal Designer (CDM) and Principal Designer (Building Regulations) roles, MGPM worked closely with the client, consultant and contractor teams  to deliver the brand new concept store to the delight of all concerned.
