Oxford Street

MGPM have continued their relationship with TK Maxx for their new store on Oxford Street near Marble Arch. 

 

This was a complex fit out with the unit being over ground and basement floors on a busy corner of Oxford Street with other retailers and a hotel in the same building.  The works included new shopfronts, structural modifications, the delivery and installation of two escalators and two lifts.  The fit out was completed with Bridgford Interiors as the Principal Contractor in 16 weeks.

 

MGPM provided Project Management and Principal Designer roles and managed a team of consultants and direct contractors to complete the project.
